Minister of State for Food, Forestry and Horticulture, Andrew Doyle, officially opens the 2016 Veterinary Ireland Conference and AGM today (November 25) at The Heritage Hotel, Killenard, Co Laois.

Vets acknowledge distinguished equine colleagues

 

The Veterinary Ireland AGM took place at the Heritage Killenard in Laois November 25, where they acknowledged the unique coincidence of two of the Irish equine veterinary profession’s most distinguished members holding the top two regulatory positions in Irish horse racing.

VICAS conference technical programme – a feast for the senses

 

The Veterinary Ireland Companion Animal Society (VICAS) will hold its spring 2018 conference on March 2-3 at the Killashee Hotel in Naas, Co. Kildare. The conference, a gathering of vets and vet nurses involved in the care of pets and small animals, will be preceded by practical lab sessions at the Irish Equine Centre in Naas.
