UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science, Postgraduate Information Event

The UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science will host a Postgraduate Information event on Wednesday, 29th June from 4 pm – 7 pm.

This hybrid event provides an excellent opportunity for prospective students to find out about the exciting range of Certificate, Diploma, Masters, Continuous Professional Development and Micro-credentials programmes available in:

  • Environmental Resource Management
  • Animal Science
  • Agricultural Extension and Innovation
  • Food, Nutrition and Health
  • Food Safety
  • Wildlife Conservation and Management
  • Food Business Strategy
  • Humanitarian Action
  • Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development
  • Horticulture
  • Food Safety and Regulatory Science
  • Sustainable Food Processing
  • Food Regulatory Affairs. 

The event will also provide an excellent opportunity for current applicants, offer holders and prospective students to meet with staff from their programme of interest and for those visiting campus for this event to receive a tour of the UCD Belfield Campus.

Prof. Frank Monahan, Dean of Agriculture and Head of School, UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science will provide an overview of the school and postgraduate programmes available and attendees will also have an opportunity to find out additional information about three new online Masters programmes available for 2022 entry in Animal Science, Food Safety and Sustainable Food Processing.  An information presentation on new Food Regulation and Human Nutrition Micro-credentials (available for the first time in September 2022) will also take place at this event.
