A demo-day dream team: Valtra and McHale
On a very damp day in August, Noel Dunne made a trip to the Marble County to visit the farm of Matt O'Keeffe, Irish Farmers Monthly editor. There, Kilkenny Agri Machinery hosted some of the latest offerings from Valtra and McHale Farm Machinery and here, we bring you some of the highlights from this demo-day dream team
McHale’s F5500 fixed-chamber baler range comprises four machines: three net-binding balers; and one film-binding machine. On demo day, the machine performed strongly on the wet crop.
The Valtra A125 – an ideal small-farm tractor – teams up here with the McHale C460 trailed silage feeder and strawblower. All C4 models now come with easy-to-operate joystick control.
