This development ‘marks a new phase in Argo Tractors’ European strategy’ and will be led by Kevin Phelan, country manager for Ireland. Argo Tractors is headquartered in Fabbrico in the northern Italian province of Reggio Emilia, 60 kilometres northwest of Bologna.
Commenting on the subsidiary, Simeone Morra, business corporate director of Argo Tractors, stated: “This is a further significant confirmation of our global development strategy, which in recent years has seen us consolidate in the European, American and African markets through the opening of new branches and the entry of new dealers and importers who support our strategy and appreciate our tractor’s competitiveness.

“We view the Irish market as strategic, which is why we have decided to create a new subsidiary, headed by an experienced and capable individual, Kevin Phelan, who will report directly to our Fabbrico headquarters.”
